CHECKLIST FOR NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
- Withdraw from current school
(Please, pay all fees and turn in all books to previous school. This will make the transfer process run smoothly. Schools can and will withhold grades and records for the student if the withdrawal process is not completed prior to leaving.)
- Obtain withdrawal grades and copy of transcript and/or schedule with current courses in progress
- Bring in proof of student's legal name and birth date
(Passport, Driver's License, Hospital Certificate, Parent Affidavit, Baptismal Certificate)
- Bring in proof of address
(Utility bill, rental agreement/mortgage statement or bank statement)
- Download Enrollment Form or pick one up at Sunset between the hours of 7:20am – 3:20pm Monday through Friday and fill out all the necessary information.

Note: Please review our Program Planning Guide on the first page of our Counseling website and download the appropriate grade level forecasting form to assist in class choices.
When enrollment forms and materials are returned, an appointment will be made by the Registrar to meet with the student's counselor for course selection.
